What makes Fedex unique as an employer?
This is out of the question but fact is also if none of you have ever noticed! No other country or nation that exist that is standing probably has as many prisons or jails or police or DRAMA is the problem that creates such outburst cause no one in this country knows how to properly deal with things and most are never shown or taught or even cared about enough to sit down with the youth off and on and talk about things that are apart of everyday life but scenarios and situations where they can comprehend but think for themselves. Just saying… Companies this HUGE should have a better leader with an overall love inside a company. DOESNT matter your department! Your inside it together and no matter what at the end of the day we all want to survive so dont pretend to not care for the middle of the building
Anyone who comes to work inside a warehouse and complains or says or mentions one time my back hurts! Your fired! The state of TEXAS has the right to let go any of their workers anytime they want to and never have to say why either. I promise you. I know how this Star state be and you want to know what else every business has the right to refuse service to anyone just the same. DOESNT matter why, if you said no point of sale and denied them then they are not abiding so call the LAW! Not hard. Wake up! I think these companies done lost their damn minds and sold off to AI now have become BRAINLESS!

BTW I was a server inside restaurants and I know how customers are and what they expect. Those boxes I looked at just like the plate of food you want served in front of your fat ass two minutes after ordering and if it doesn’t arrive you and the entire restaurant have all hell to pay and now someone who wants everything for FREE! Step up your game! SLACKERS! Go work in food and serve these people for free and then tell me you don’t want to work faster so you get paid! HELLO!

BIG FAT EFFORTLESS BABIES, I had pride in this company when I though they admired fast results trying to please their customers with delivery on time or better yet one day before if you can make it happen, instead they strive to get money and be 3 days late to deliver your order. If I was these customers and contractors I be watching your delivery times by the second and once it’s passed 30 minutes I would find a better shipping company that has workers with pride who allow you to do the slave work and fire the ones who prevent giving you the results you paid for.

It was a wonderful place to work when you were allowed to work like a slave and it not be an issue but once you are in trouble for working hard and the rest can’t understand how it feeds your soul they murder you for trying harder than the effort they are willing to give. Why you work that way? You make the same amount anyways! Why!?!?! Cause it makes me feel proud that I tried my best without being forced that is why!!!!
Then these individuals say they love sports and look up to their favorite teams but have no respect for someone’s efforts! Go to hell with that smack! You’re the reason why your team looses! You are the worst support a player could have that needed you to have a winning attitude and allow them to condition themselves to be their best; instead you stunt their growth with envy and jealousy. Hope your sports team LOOSES! Cant appreciate determination more than you love to attack one for it instead. No wonder why your team sucks!
There are unique in a way. If your doing a supervisor position and can do it in your sleep, they still won't move you to take over that position with title and pay. Second month their employee of the month
They are not unique . And as the person above stated safety is that their concerned. I was attacked by dogs and they didn't seem to care. If you don't deliver a zillion packages a day, you don't get to pay. They suck
I would not work for FedEx. They say safety is up most important to them. They DO NOT mean what they say. I get hurt on the job more than I could count with my 10 fingers. Get run over by a forklift. Get concision when heavy object fail and hit my head. Was in the hospital for couple of days and did not get paid.Twist my knees couple of times.

They have no loyalty. You have to get on bended knee and have to kiss the ring to get ahead. Respect and hard work get you nowhere. I was demoted after 34 years of loyal service because I was in a fender bender with my car in the JFK parking lot. Where nobody was hurt. The other person (off duty courier) wanted to fight I raised my hands in the air because I did not. I was demoted.
