Example: "Nike is hiring" - Run a google search for Nike Careers then use the job search tools to find local job openings.

It's an extra step but a good strategy to avoid unnecessary/unaffiliated application "flows" and scams. This is where your google search Nike Careers should end up, see https://jobs.nike.com/
