The specific training required for a warehouse associate job may vary depending on the employer and the nature of the work, but here are some common qualifications and skills that employers look for:

High school diploma or equivalent. On-the-job training or vocational training in warehouse operations. Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods. Good communication and organizational skills. Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and regulations.

You got this! Best of luck to you!
