When filling out your 2020 tax return, there is a spot to indicate that you did not receive your stimulus check, and the IRS will send your stimulus check with your tax return.

When u file ur 2020 taxes it will ask you if received 1 or both of your stimulus checks or if u received partial. If your answer no you will receive the amounts in your return and you won't be taxed on it.
