Yeah it's a scam! Don't even think about cashing that check!

Did an interview and the they started talking about cashing a check too..I was like Nope I knew it was a scam. They tried last year too. I'm so tired of these scammers😡

They want you to cash the check and your account will be charged cuz they will send you a bad check. I work from home forו Anthem and they sent me allall8e equipment.

Unless you have a signature stating they will be doing such a thing I would run far away. That is not something I would be getting into.

You really need to start doing some diligence on the people you are responding to regarding these scams. As soon as they mention they are sending you a check it is time to cut off communications with them. Look up the website of the company and call them and verify the person you are speaking with actually works for the company. Or ask that person yourself, and that will be the end of the conversation. I bet you $5.00 you were not corresponding with somebody using an @company name email address either. I also bet you they offering you some outrageous hourly wage that is $15 or $20 what that type of job would normally pay?

Pump the Brakes!! Warning! That's Fraud!

Yes I was skeptical about that & asked questions, the response was “ We are earning our employee trust with funds handling”. 😂😂😂

Unfortunately this is the 2nd job scam that I have encountered with the “check for materials” It’s ridiculous

Sounds like a scam to me! I wouldn't trust any job that needs you to buy equipment for work this way! The only thing you should be cashing is a legitimate paycheck.
