Big teams can make big things happen
Solo. I end up carrying the whole project anyway... So many young people think they are sooo smart but they can hardly communicate.

Iām ok with either. Sometimes you have to work with a team, other times you have to be ok to be solo and self motivate.
Solo, and worked with teams many years, to much Drama at times with a team, your suppose to be their for each other as a team and now day's some people don't know what team work is and need to be trained the proper way. Being a team is a important part of the job in My eyes.
