Does anyone know what the interview process at Walmart is like?
Why is it so hard to get the application filled & send on my computer & phone?

Not sure if they are still doing this in all stores but in mine interviews are done over the phone either by a coach or a team lead the one thing that is a must at my store is working at least one day on the weekend. It's generally a simple interview and if they hire you they will send you the links to accept the job offer and do a background check which is all a pretty quick process

Interviews are done over 📞 now.I been with company almost 28 years by grace of God

My interview process was 15 years ago so I'm not sure if it is the same process. But when you're filling out an application, if they're asking you on a scale never choose in between. You're either decisive or indecisive and they don't want somebody who cannot make a decision. Think about the questions and answer with the best response. When I went on my interview it was a lot of questions about like tell me about a time when you went out of your way to help somebody, or tell me about a time when you had to deal with a unpleasant situation and how did you deal with it Etc. Have a situation ready to talk about, the task, the action you took to solve the problem, and the results that took place in solving your problem. Basically called the star method. Not sure if it's still works like that. Once you finish that interview you were passed on to a second interview and if you got that second interview then you were on your way. Availability is a number one to get in, back then you could change it once you were in but not sure if that's even an option today. Hopefully that helps
Salaried positions are usually done on a conference call with a couple of store managers from that market. Most hourly positions are done face to face. In most positions they really just want to know how committed you are to working, being on time, and your communication skills. Just be you and take your time answering questions. You will be fine.
