I am already a maintenance Supervisor who is looking for a Company who appreciates my hard work to keep a Plant running as close to 100 percent as possible. The company I'm at doesn't seem to appreciate this as it's a family ran business and the Supervisor's are the owners Sons. They are making my life miserable.
