It also depends on what your looking for an how long you been driving an what you been driving in. Experience is a plus but if you good an know what your doing an show that you're confident in your skills. Most companies will take that into consideration an won't skip over your resume. It's all about confidence an knowing what your capable of doing an what you can't do an doesn't have problem asking for help or advice from other Experience drivers ...

Honestly, it depends on the amount of experience that you have to most(insurances) that companies use. Most of the smaller companies have to have private insurance and they require 2yrs exp and usually 23 yrs old. But larger companies IE-( CR England,Swift ect..) own their own insurance companies and can hire those with less exp and or with less than stellar driving records.

My first driving job, I hauled equipment for a paving company. I pushed my previous experience in manual labor and mechanical experience to try to let the employer know that he was getting more than a steering wheel holder. Good luck!

To leverage your past experience as a Driver, highlight key skills such as safe driving record, route planning, time management, and customer service on your resume. Tailor your resume to emphasize these skills when applying for driver positions on Jobcase, Indeed, or other job search platforms. Consider obtaining additional certifications or training to make yourself more competitive in the job market. Good luck!
