I thought Honeywell was not requiring that you had to be vaccinated for employment they turn me down for employment due to I am not vaccinated I did not think they were able to do this ?
Honeywell is a government contractor, and the feds mandated that all government contractors had to have all employees vaccinated. When I was hiring for Honeywell, the vaccination requirement went right in the offer letter.
Well, since it’s not a vaccine, not sure what the issue is? A flu shot that isn’t mandatory shouldn’t factor and since they’re taking that stance, probably don’t want to work there, I wouldn’t.
They probably did. Certain companies do this. It wasn't an issue when I worked there. You can fight it but then you will be working in a hostile environment is tou win! You don't want that. Just move on.
