
Would you rather have amazing benefits OR amazing pay as a Customer Service Representative?
Pay definitely.

The goal is actually to get both!

I’ve been in customer service management for 20+ years and I can honestly say that benefits would be my #1. I see too many people in customer service get paid WAAAAY to much for DISPICABLE customer service and the ones that are exemplary get the short end of the stick

I would prefer to have great pay if I couldn't have both.

I would rather have both, it's important to be able to provide for your household and have the benefits to keep you healthy and well provided for in the long run. Benefits and Pay are both important in the now and in the future.

It's not one or the other for me! I need to have both, and it's companies out here that will provide, you just have to look for them and know your worth!!

Pay

I believe a company that offers great benefits, shows that they care for their people. Benefits are important for you and if so your family as well, more pay will come for those that prove there worth.
