Yes you can still be hired if you are a high school graduate or have a GED. And fedex also promotes the learning to continue if you'd like they have programs with in the company to help with funding for school and colleges that are onboard with making college more manageable. Also there is the purple pathway which has numerous discounts on travel and cell phone coverage and many more perks that fedex has with in the company. Very cool place to work and very on the go be prepared for a work out each shift its very good cardio fitness. Starts my days off in a positive direction.

Fedex has become the dirty transportation company in the industry when it comes to its employees. Fedex is synonymous with socialism and communism, it looks great on paper but in reality, the company is a terrible place to work. Do not rest on your laurels should you get hired, have an out or back up plan for yourself and your family. I was with Fedex 24 years so I know what is really going on internally and the buzz words are downgrades and layoffs as evident with continued station closures most recently in Georgia. Just over a year ago, there were 4 station closures in southwest Florida that affected hundreds of employees and left them jobless. Forewarned is forearmed
