I was sick and got fired and a no rehire I think that wrong

I was laid off/fired due to acquiring 6points before my probation period was over but was told to re apply an that my boss would give me my job back after the disciplinary 3 month

Based on the comments below, don't wait for a response from Walmart regarding your online application. Either call the store or go in to see them. Be persistent and you'll likely have a better chance at being hired.

I did my background on Tuesday of last week. That would make it about 7-8 business days now and i still have "In Process". How long does it normally take? How far do they go back? And what would disqualify me?

Walmart is starting a new program to hire more teenagers by offering high school students free SAT and ACT prep, subsidizing a large chunk of their tuition, and offering them the chance to earn some college credit. Good idea or not?

I applied for 3 different positions at a specific Walmart that posted the openings online back on 9 October and they haven’t even reviewed the application. How long does it take for someone to review the application? I passed the application process. I check everyday but to no avail. If they have positions open then why don’t they check the application I posted to at least review it? It’s frustrating to say the least.
