MBTA/Parking?
When looking for a new job, how important are transportation benefits/accessibility to you? Many companies may offer coverage of an MBTA pass or parking but others do not. With the MBTA system being a bit "tricky" at times is transportation accessibility a deal maker/breaker for you?
What's most important to you when accepting a new job? Money, Happiness, Location, Hours, Work-life balance or something else?
The money keeps the worries from home from barging into your worklife. The location helps in that it decreases or increased driving time depending upon your preference. The hours are not an issue unless we are garnering towards and 80 hour work week, that's a bit much.
I would say the most important thing is being excited about the new job but know what you are getting into. Know that you are onto a new adventure and will put forth that 110% until you see the job for what it really is. Hopefully it has good people and a supportive manager. If you have all these things, going to work is not an issue. And all of these can lead to happiness. The new job doesn't necessarily provide that, you have to make it work.

Safety First??
Is the pending fingerprint bill for Uber drivers in Mass an effective safety protocol for passengers or just a deterrent for qualified future applicants?
Boston.com article says the biggest concern about Uber have revolved around passenger safety which makes fingerprinting an important security measure. Uber officials claim drivers may be less likely to follow through with an application if they have to physically go somewhere to get fingerprinted, rather than simply entering information online, which is how Uber’s current background check process works. Build Off Competition at Legoland Discovery Center in Somerville, MA
Legoland Discovery Center in Somerville, MA is holding a competitive build-off on Saturday (9/26) to pick its next Master Model Builder! Entrants, handpicked through an application process, will compete against one another to build the most impressive model in 30 minutes, based on a randomly selected theme.
