"What's your greatest weakness?"
An incredibly common question in interviews is "What is your greatest weakness?" This is a difficult question to answer because if you don't answer well it could give the wrong impression about you as an employee. It's one of those questions that can often make a candidate freeze in the interview.
To prepare yourself well for this question in the interview check out the article, How to talk about your weakness in an interview on Jobcase.
With this question under your belt you're sure to feel more confident in the interview!
Hi Cheryl,
When creating your resume Word offers a variety of different templates you can choose from to format it. No one way is the best; find the one that works best for you. Word for mobile uses the same navigation as it does on desktop so you should find that you can use the desktop instructions to navigate the mobile app as well. To help assist you in setting up a resume in Word you can check out this article. http://www.wikihow.com/Create-a-Resume-in-Microsoft-Word
Or if you're looking for assistance with formatting and finding all the ways to edit and customize your resume this page here will be helpful. http://uncw.edu/career/documents/mswordformattingtips.pdf
Finally, if you're a visual learner like me, it might help to watch this video which shows a great template option and one very similar to the one I use myself! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z1ccyPmLHj8
Best of luck on your resume!
