A call center will be established to help guide people who require hurricane recovery assistance, and CSRA will be hiring 300 part-time and full-time, technical temporary employees in Bossier City. CSRA will respond to incoming calls, accept applications from individuals and businesses for disaster assistance from the designated geographic areas, as well as facilitate other related calls.
