Northern California - Skilled Labor Crisis!!

Hey Jobcasers! I just read an interesting article online on the skilled construction worker shortage throughout Northern California, see article (http://cbsloc.al/1XcXAvo). According to the Associated General Contractors of America the state of California is growing faster and has created more new construction jobs within the last 3 years than any other state in the union. Unfortunately, filling those new jobs with skilled workers continues to be a challenge. A Non-profit called The Northern California Construction Training (http://www.ncct.ws/welcome) has designed a combination classroom and hands on field training program to ensure students measure up to the demand. After successfully completing the program students are directly placed within an apprenticeship in one of 16 trades, (Plumbers, Carpenters, Plasterers, Electricians, Sheet metal workers, Laborers, Ironworkers, & more). Hey folks the occupational outlook for these construction skilled trades looks extreemly promising, see (http://1.usa.gov/1EDDO6o). I would encourage anyone seeking employment or a career change within the Northern California area to look into this program. This may be a step into a satisfying, well paying, stable career and a new life. Check out the links below for program details and contact information. Good Luck!! ** The Northern California Construction Training - http://www.ncct.ws/welcome ** CBS Sacramento Online Article - http://cbsloc.al/1XcXAvo ** Bureau of Labor Statistics - http://1.usa.gov/1EDDO6o
