What is one thing about your work that most people don't know ?

I am a telehealth registered nurse. I monitor patients vital signs remotely and counsel them about their health issues by telephone. I work as a liaison with their homecare RN and their physician. Before taking this position I made home visits to patients for 35 years. I have worked in home care for a total of 45 years and I'm not ready to give it up yet!!

What makes you most proud of the work you do?

I am able to impact people daily to help them learn how to manage their own health care.

Hey I am 15 years old and I was wondering if anyone has a job you can offer?

I have a BA in Information Technology, but would be willing to do just about anything withing 40 miles of Oskaloosa, IA. Does anybody know of anything available in the area? I'd like to be working in the Oskaloosa area before winter hits. Right now I am at CenturyLink in Des Moines , IA and it's just too far to drive 60 miles each way everyday. With the cost of living in Des Moines I can't afford to move there.
