Hello. I don't have a college degree, but I do have over 10 years of hands-on experience as an EA. I'm looking for a new position and most, if not all, are asking for a degree. How do I get around this, and is anyone else experiencing the same?

What happens when your Licenses expired a long time ago how do you renew your educational experiences, without having to re-attend Universities again. Or if you went straight to work with out getting your license? Any Organizations to test you for just that if your college is not so recent?
