Scott Little Bridge Technician 52 years old Bluffton, OH 45817
What is one thing about your work that most people don't know
I inspect bridges and culverts to assure they're safe. Then I enter all of the data into the computer.
What makes you most proud of the work you do?
Everyone assumes the bridges are safe they drive over. Most of them are. It's one less worry in our lives.

Is Goodman hiring?
I really want to work for Goodman manufacturing, but I want to get in front of people at like a job fair. I have really good people skills, but my resume doesn’t do anything for me. Does anyone know if they are hosting a job fair soon?

Stuck and bored?
I have been working in a flavorings manufacturing plant for a few years. I get along with everybody and the pay is okay. But I’ve been getting pretty bored of being inside and doing the same thing everyday. So I’ve been thinking I might be good at sales or something like that cause I’m a pretty outgoing person and a all of my friends say i’m a good communicator. Has anybody switched from making stuff to selling it? How can I do that?
