What is in it for you? • Position: Production/Molding Worker • Pay Rate: - First shift: $15.50 per hour - Second shift: $16.25 per hour - Third shift: $16.50 per hour • Shift: Available to work on any shift. - First shift: 4AM or 6AM (Start time) - Second shift: 2PM or 2:30PM (Start time) - Third shift: 10PM (Start time) • Location: Fairfield, CA 94534 • Great work environment • Temp-to-hire

What is the job? • A Production Worker must be capable of running a press and compression molding parts by following the written directions provided as part of the job. This plant measures out plastic materials for airplane parts. • At times, may work with a Molding Helper and ensure that they comply with the job requirements. • They are also responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all work being done at their work cell. • Learning the basics on that skill and can assist others. • Has been trained and is fully proficient to run simple jobs unassisted. • Ability to run most jobs and train others • Ability to run any job and train others • Can do product development type tasks on any new job in the area and can lead others

What is required by the job? • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Able to communicate clearly (written and verbal) in English • Experience in mixing and working with chemicals is a plus. • Able to convert weight and length units of measure such as inches to mm and pounds to grams. • Have strong math skills and basic computer skills. • Able to setup and operate computer controlled equipment • Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. •Will be in a heat environment.
