HOW DO I APPLY IN SALISBURY NC

I went to my local family dollar store in coachella ca. They wont give me any info about how or where to apply , the computer to apply in store doesn't even works since i remember cause i was trying to apply before xmas last year and still not working, thats ok but the employees dont provide information at least the website or idk
