I been trying for years to get into waste Management...what is the position called when your riding/picking up the trash on the back of the truck? Do you have to have cdl for that ?

Has anyone seen this video? It's pretty adorable - this little one befriends his local garbage men and gives them gifts on holidays and everything. I think it just speaks to the kindness that everyone has, and shows how appreciative people are for a job well done!

Now my wreckage from my past has passed but my background check still hinders. Does this company give those hard working men or woman 2nd chances we really deserve it cause we wanna be productive members of society n be the providers like we suppose to be specially when rent bills car notes priorities are goals. n every now n then shower ya significant other..what are ya view or rather feed back
