Loretta H. Campbell, Queens, aka NYC borough

Hello Everyone, I'm relatively new at this. What I am looking for is a combination of a conversation and a job search. I'm looking for work as a teacher/tutor and as a freelance writer. However, that said, I really want to hear from freelance writers who write fiction (short stories, novels, all genres). This is my way of community building and sharing do's and don't in looking for writing assignments. To begin sharing: Recently, I heard about Make A Living Writing - Practical Help for Hungry Writers. I find this to be a well-informed site. Then there is Brian Scott: Freelance Writing.com Morning Coffee. It's very detailed and updated several times a week. Happily, there is the ever indispensable Poets & Writers. That's it for now.
