Dress code??
Does your workplace have a dress code? Do you agree or disagree with the restrictions? If you disagree, what would you prefer the dress code to entail - more formal or less formal clothing? I found a cool article here that explains that most people with a dress code find it to be satisfactory...but I'm still not sure if I agree. I'd love to hear your thoughts!

I read an article about the ageism involved with interviewing and job seeking - it was really discouraging to me that age is a factor. Do people feel that age is a large component in the job search? Does anyone have advice for how to dress in order to not be labeled based on wardrobe when you step into the interview or any other tips?

Interview tomorrow...in need of help!!
My friend interviewed for a retail position last year and was turned down - she has another interview in the same industry tomorrow and I don't know what tips to give her as I have not been successful myself with retail interviews. Does anyone have advice either in terms of the general interview or what to wear?
