Depends on local or OTR, but how much home time, time off in between runs. Pay for all miles or only loaded. What is their turn over rate. How do they get their equipment serviced, what about breakdowns. Down time pay while loading/unloading, breakdowns, waiting on loads, etc. Do I have to unload.
