The phrase "has it all" makes me crazy... nobody has a perfect life. If you're working, you worry about the family/kids/etc., if you are home with the kids, you worry about being out of the workforce. I think the best advice is: 1.) do what works for you and your family, 2.) work hard, and 3.) be open to new things - you never know when something great might come your way as you're making your way through the world!
