because she got another job at the mall but I dont have time to search for a new one. what do i do???

Do companies hire people to work later hours in the afternoon? I wanna be with my kids in the morning and early afternoon.

I have a few concerns about going back to work. Is this normal? Do other moms struggle with this? What if my field of work has changed a lot while I’ve been gone?

Help needed

I’m about to work from 9-5 every day but my kids end school at 3:00, should I work part time or hire a babysitter? My kids don’t have after school programs at their school and I heard babysitters can be expensive. What should I do?

Is it reasonable to ask my boss to switch to part time instead of full?? I just became a mom and want to spend more time with my baby.

So after 10.9 years of marriage, I filed for divorce. I had inconsistent work as I was raising a daughter. My husband refused to adjust his schedule, nevertheless I worked several jobs. The judge slapped me with a gavron order, told me many women can do both without interfering in their job.

Sometimes I feel like I will miss out on watching my children grow up. How are other moms coping with this?

Would this work against me? I feel like i should tell them in case my son gets sick and i have to stay home with him, but wouldn't this make me less attractive of a candidate for the job… do u think they will understand?
