That specialized group of people fortunate enough to be challenged to use both sides of our brains---right side for the creative aspect (font, style, 'look and feel'), and left side for the technical aspect requiring us to understand and translate what the engineers, computer programmers, and scientists create into understandable English! We write user manuals, policies and procedures, white papers, proposals---basically, all sorts of documentation.
