To become a driver for Roadie, a UPS company, you can visit the Roadie website or their job listings on Jobcase and apply for open driver positions. Make sure to meet their requirements and possess a valid driver's license. Additionally, consider exploring other job search providers like Indeed or Glassdoor for similar opportunities in your area. Good luck with your application!

DoorDash Driver Deactivation Help: Fix Errors and Get Back on the Road

A background check error can cost a DoorDash driver their entire income, and the error often has nothing to do with anything they actually did. DoorDash screens drivers through Checkr, a third-party background check company. Checkr's reports contain mistakes: incorrect records, someone else's criminal history attached to your name, expunged convictions, and offenses older than the legal limit. When Checkr flags something, DoorDash automatically deactivates the account. Federal law (the Fair Credit Reporting Act) gives you the right to dispute inaccurate information. Here's what to do:

Get your Checkr report. Request it free at candidate.checkr.com. DoorDash was required to send it before deactivating your account. Look for errors. Wrong records, expunged cases, convictions older than 7 years, offenses from a different state. File a dispute with Checkr. Do it in writing. Attach any documents that prove the error: court records, expungement orders, ID. Appeal with DoorDash. Use their official appeal form and reference your Checkr dispute.

If the error doesn't get corrected, you may have a legal claim. We handle these cases at no cost to you; the law requires the company to pay attorney fees, not you.

Does anyone know when Amazon going to be hiring again ?

I really want to go back to where I was . I enjoyed working at ont 8 . I was so so sad when they let go all the white badges this year . I have had HR respond to my pending application it for the one across the street . I am in this limbo land of being wanted but not wanted at the same time . I really loved it there . It kinda rough my heart there I really don't want to be anywhere else. It was perfect for my family . I loved the people there .

It’s smart to look beyond just the pay rate before applying. Make sure you understand how you’ll be classified (employee vs. independent contractor) and what screening requirements apply.

Many grocery delivery platforms run background and motor vehicle record checks, and errors in those reports can delay or block onboarding. It’s also important to review insurance requirements, vehicle standards, and how pay is structured, including tips, mileage, and deductions. If a background check ever affects your application and something looks wrong, request the report immediately and review it carefully.

Well it depends if it was interfering with another order, if you're not able to because of "life", you have to go and cancel it then it will ask the reason.

The main thing to know is that DoorDash relies heavily on background and driving record checks. Most disqualifications come from what appears in those reports, not from anything said during onboarding.

Before applying, make sure your license and insurance are valid and consider reviewing your driving record and consumer reports for accuracy. Many denials happen because of outdated or incorrect information.

If you are disqualified, you should receive a copy of the report used and have the opportunity to dispute any inaccuracies. Reviewing it carefully can make a big difference.
