Wrong records, expunged cases, convictions older than 7 years, offenses from a different state. File a dispute with Checkr. Do it in writing. Attach any documents that prove the error: court records, expungement orders, ID. Appeal with DoorDash. Use their official appeal form and reference your Checkr dispute.
