It’s about time!

After a year and a half of delay due to illness, I finally got my real estate license! I am super excited, but super nervous. What if I am not good enough? I have my first appointment next week, how do I prepare so I don’t sound like an amateur?

Need advice!!

Hey guys, I'm thinking of going for my real estate license, but I'm worried that it's going to take too long to find clients. I don't want to get my license, then struggle for years to find clients. Any advice for me?

I've spent 11 months taking care of my sick mother, what should I put on my resume???

In Jan 2015 my employer let me go as they were downsizing the business. A little before being let go, my mother had been diagnosed with neuropathy, causing her pain to even walk. For the past 11 months I've stayed home with her, providing at home care. Originally I considered just leaving an 11 month gap on my resume, but, I don't know if I should list this.

Courtesy or Opportunity??

I always send “thank you” letters after interviews but never get a response. Today I received a response so does that mean that a job offer is to follow? Thoughts..
