Just do it..

Best marketing slogan. Ever. So much success is based on just getting stuff done (GSD)!
Forget delays and excuses. Just do it!

Found this quote “The foolish person seeks happiness in the distance; the wise person grows it under his feet.” - James Oppenheim. Happiness check-in time… share one thing your happy about today.

Take notice

I think the picture speaks for itself.

If you are looking for a good book to read to inspire you, I HIGHLY recommend Jen Sincero's "You Are A Badass."

Surefire way to get supercharged, joyous, humbled and inspired...

Find time to volunteer for Special Olympics, or some other group that helps those with disabilities achieve success on their own terms.
Your volunteered time really helps these organizations. And the dirty little secret is that YOU will get WAY more out of it than the kids. It puts life in perspective, it inspires, and its just a lot of fun. Sometimes we can let the short-term challenges of our own lives cloud the big picture. Spend an afternoon with folks who keep focused on overcoming obstacles, and taking joy in their efforts and results. Guarantee you will be more productive and peaceful afterwards. And the kids/volunteer organizations would be VERY appreciative.

Happy summer! Fred
