Cool title!
Don't know what this book is, but I like the title!

I asked myself how to handle life?
I received this in WeChat. I don't know the origin, but thought it's worth to share: ""I asked myself how to handle life? My room gave me all the answers: Roof said: Aim high. Fan said: Be cool. Clock said: Value time Calendar said: Be up to date. Wallet said: Save now for the future. Mirror said: Always observe yourself. Wall said: Share others' load. Window said: Expand the vision. Floor said: Always be down to earth. Stairs said: Watch each step you take. The most inspiring one: Toilet bowl said: When it's time to let go, just let it go............... And the toilet paper said: Expect shit everyday !!!""

Don't forget!
And if you need help, don't be afraid to ask for it. That's what Jobcase is all about!
Remember: your life won't change until you change it yourself!

That moment
Every once in awhile you are lucky enough to get "a moment". I suppose they are different for everyone and they change over time. Maybe it's a big game you won in the final minutes and were hailed a hero, maybe it's sharing a special subset w a loved one , could be anything really. It's about that moment that sometimes is special enough that you even recognize it while it's happening. I don't mean the obvious ones either. Of course nothing beats that moment u just knew you found who would b your spouse, or the moments your children were born. But those unexpected times where u think "oh yeah, this". I am lucky - I have a number of these I lug out of memory when I need a little escape. I am thinking of one now. Looking down from a high deck in s summer night at a yard full of slightly tanned and slightly sunburned kids, exhausted from a perfect summer lake day and rounding it off w an outdoor movie at night. Blankets strewn. Girls dancing to the films score. Laughter. Crickets. Moon. Stars. Perfect. I know how frustrating it can be when your work life isn't right. Especially when trying to find that right new match. But suggest when it gets really tough, u lug out one of your moments. I bet u have some that you wouldn't trade for anything. And know that this too will pass, and you will find some new moments along the way. And as we go through the tough times just remember , they kinda help us appreciate just how awesome the good times can really be. Well, Not sure where those thoughts came from today; But leaves me wondering: what's your moment u lug out when u need the escaoe the most?

How are you spending monday?
I saw this on google and kinda liked the message. I am working on Monday. I mean no disrespect to Columbus. And I'll miss hanging out with the family when the kids have a day off. But having audacious goals is only really interesting if you have the determination to make them happen. I am blessed with a team that all want to literally transform the power structure of Working people in America over the next few years. Its a long game. Its an uphill climb. And there are actually a lot of blockers in the way. But I kinda suspect that one of the reasons we will prevail, is through the determination to sweat while others sleep. So whomever put this picture/meme out there (and who knows what #0873 means!?), I like it. I get it. And it resonates with me as I work at 1:00am on a Saturday preparing for a long Columbus day workday. In fact, I was just about to call it a night - and now I think I have another hour in me - so thanks! ;o)

Chance, fleeting connections...
So this is making its viral way around the internet.
Wow - very moving. And a reminder of how so often we don't understand or appreciate the we create in other peoples lives every day we lead our own.. Have a read, its worth it...

Why is it that the people who are trying to do right always end up being treated wrong?
Just trying to figure this one out. I mean good people always take the bunt of the situation, when the negative person seems to always prevail. Or have you ever noticed that the wrongs things tend to be right and the right tend to be wrong...
