Curious about the Hiring Process?

Here’s what will generally happen - when you apply, your application with attached resume will go into a system to be scanned (ATS). From there, if it passes through their applicant tracking system, you will be contacted by one of their recruiters, and then they will set up a phone screen to chat with you quickly to make sure that your interests and theirs are aligned. They will generally last 10-20 minutes and just go over your past experience and are designed to make sure they aren’t wasting time on an applicant.

From there, if you pass the phone screen, they will probably set up an in-person interview, or a phone interview depending on your situation and the job you applied for. Make sure you prepare as best as you can for it!

Good luck, and get out there!
