Job Summary This position is responsible to facilitate contract packages from physical to digital form by scanning them into DocMall for use by the Funders in a production driven environment. This position will also be responsible for basic data input of new field approvals in Defi. Responsible for quality assurance, accuracy and completeness of all imaged documents.

Essential Job Functions / Duties and Responsibilities •Perform document scanning functions with a high level of detail and accuracy •Scan approximately 15-30 contracts and all related documents per day into DocMall •Manually input data on new accounts into Defi with accuracy and timeliness •Organize all contracts and documents in an on-line database •Handle general office clerical tasks
