Are you currently underemployed or unemployed, or simply looking for a change in your career? Are you a college student taking a gap year, or looking for a flexible work schedule? Did you know that anyone with two years of college experience can substitute teach in RI?
The Highlander Institute, in partnership with Rhode Island Department of Education, and Freedom Dreams, LLC is now recruiting for their Substitute Teacher Training Program.
The program is accepting applicants on a rolling basis.
Successful graduates will be placed with a RI school district now hiring. Current substitute rates range from $90-$150 per day.
