Full-time
Call Center Representative (AARP)
- 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems OR 1+ years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
- Proven intermediate Windows PC navigation proficiency or higher and ability to navigate in multiple systems
- Available to work (40 hours/week) Monday- Friday. Flexible to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (7:00am to 12:00am) (Need to be available for a rotating schedule on Saturdays)
- Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency
Call Center Representative (Agent Support)
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- Experience in a production environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- PC Navigation experience
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, 40 hours a week at minimum, Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 9:00pm. (You will be required to work evenings, holidays, weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary during peak seasons.)
- Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency
Insurance Telesales Agent – Flex-Schedule ($500.00 Sign On Bonus)
- High School diploma or higher degree
- Ability to obtain Health & Disability Insurance License for Puerto Rico
- Ability to obtain additional insurance licenses if required by business
- 3+ months of experience in a call center or similar structured work environment
- Proficiency with computers and Windows PC Applications which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications and apply their ability of phone and non-phone activities
- Willing or ability to work (32 hours Non-Peak Season & 40 hours Peak Season) as assigned. It may be necessary, given the business need to work weekends, holidays, and overtime. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am – 10:00pm CST
