Patient Care Representative
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent experience
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during 7:00 am-3:30 pm or 9:00 am-5:30 pm, Tuesday-Saturday, candidate will work some weekdays and every other weekend
Customer Service Representative – Evening Shift (Onsite)
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1+ year experience in customer service, communications, or call center environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
- Ability to work 40 hours a week, evening shift 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm EST, including the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, occasional overtime, and weekends based on business need.
Per Diem Patient Access Associate
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- Ability to work any shift schedules including the flexibility to work occasional weekends per business needs
Tech Support Specialist
- High School Diploma (or Higher)
- 1+ years of Customer Service Experience
- Valid driver’s License
- Ability to travel 25%
- Ability to provide coverage on weekends & holidays on an on-call basis
