Team Leader Summary
MOD Restaurant Shift leaders are the heart and soul of the restaurant. As a restaurant shift lead you directly influence the success of MOD by keeping restaurant operations moving smoothly during your scheduled shifts. You will lead and director your MOD Squad while delegating tasks so that customers have the MOD experience.
As a MOD Restaurant Shift Leader your objective is to live, teach, and demonstrate MODs purpose in all interactions.
As a MOD Squad crew member, you directly contribute to the success of the MOD community by presenting the MOD experience to all who visit our stores. At MOD, we focus on taking care of each other and our customers by providing Super-Fast service, a memorable experience, outstanding pizzas and salads, and a cool environment.

Crew Member: $15.06/hour starting wage including average tips
Restaurant Team Leader: Starting rate + $3.56 average hourly tips

- Restaurant Team Leader:
Basic Qualifications:
- 1 year of leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or similar setting
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience with and desire to solve problems
- Must be 18+ years old
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a retail or restaurant environment
Crew Member:
Basic Qualifications:
- Have a real passion for people
- Consistent attendance and punctuality, MOD Squad crew members rely on each other
Preferred Qualifications:
- Restaurant food service or retail store experience
- Cash-handling skills
- Problem-solving abilities
