Per Diem Patient Access Representative (Nightshift) (Westgate Medical Center)
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience such as hospital, office setting, customer service setting, or phone support
- Ability to work a Per Diem schedule.
- Ability to work 100% onsite at Westgate Medical Center in Glendale, AZ
Senior Inpatient Facility Certified Medical Coder
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- Professional coder certification with credentialing from AHIMA and/or AAPC (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P CPC, OR CPC-H) to be maintained annually
- 3+ years of Acute Care Inpatient medical coding experience (hospital, facility, etc.)
- Experience with working in a Level I trauma center and/or teaching hospital with a mastery of complex procedures, major trauma ER encounters, cardiac catheterization, interventional radiology, orthopedic and neurology cases, and observation coding
- ICD-10 (CM & PCS) experience and DRG coding experience
- Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements including, but not limited to, drug screening, background check, and coding
- Ability to work the weekly schedule (40 hours/week) and will have the opportunity to choose between Tuesday – Saturday OR Sunday – Thursday, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime and 1 weekend day based on business needs.
Production/Prep-Room Pharmacy Technician
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR 4+ years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician
- Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the State of Arizona
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Intermediate level of proficiency with computers and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
- Ability to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required according to the needs of the business (8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. M – F). Rotating weekends as needed
Bilingual Broker Agent Service Specialist
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of customer service/sales experience
- Ability to obtain a health and insurance license within 6 months
- Bilingual fluency in English and one of these languages: Vietnamese, Korean, Mandarin, or Tagalog/Spanish)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am – 8:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
