Per Diem Patient Access Representative (Maine Coast Hospital)
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 6+ months of experience in an office setting, customer service setting (over the phone or face to face) or phone support role or call center environment
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
- Ability to work a Per Diem or as needed schedule
- Ability to work any shift of days, evenings, and weekends
- Full flu vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate flu booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. Registration Representative
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 6+ months of experience in an office setting, customer service setting (over the phone or face to face) or phone support role or call center environment
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
- Flexibility to work a full-time variable schedule, on a mixture of days, evenings, overnight, and weekends, including rotating holidays
- Ability to work full-time (36 hours/week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our variable schedules that include three, 12-hour shifts. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our shifts include the following hours: 4:30 am – 5:00 pm, 6:30 am – 7:00 pm, 8:30 am – 9:00 pm, 10:30 am – 11:00 pm, 1:30 pm – 2:00 am, 6:30 pm – 7:00 am (less common due to limited availability of shifts)

Cash Reconciliation Clerk
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1+ year of healthcare cash posting & reconciliation experience
- 1+ year experience with cash posting & reconciliation operations in a healthcare setting
- 1+ year experience with lock box reconciliation, electronic remittance posting
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Creating spreadsheets, manipulating spreadsheets and formulas
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word
