Senior Customer Service Representative
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent working experience
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
- Ability to successfully complete the Customer Service training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- Ability to work full-time, Sunday – Saturday between 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need
