Full-time
Bilingual (English / Spanish) Complex Customer Care Representative
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent years of work experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment OR in a medical office, health care setting with analyzing and solving customer problems
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience with Windows PC applications, including Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (create, edit, sort, filter spreadsheets), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:35 AM – 5:05 PM PST from Monday – Friday
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Nevada Staff Adjuster License
- 5+ years experience processing and adjudicating simple to complex claims
- 1+ years experience with catastrophic claims
- Knowledge of Excess Reporting, Subsequent Injury and Subrogation Claims
- Advanced knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of case law and state Worker’s Compensation laws, subrogation, reserve setting, and litigation management
- Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (ability to sort, filter, and create simple spreadsheets), Microsoft Outlook (create emails and send emails)
- Ability to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.
