Collections Representative
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- Computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Windows and navigation, mouse, and keyboarding skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite at 4622 State Highway 28, Hartwick, NY 13807.
- Ability to work our normal business hours of 7:00am/8:00am – 3:30pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.
HIM Document Imaging Technician
- 1+ years of experience in the field of Health Information Management or related medical office setting.
- Computer data entry and windows-based application
- Ability to work 100% onsite at 4773 State HWY 28 Cooperstown NY 13326
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00am – 6:00pm, with rotating weekends rom Monday – Friday including the flexibility to work occasional overtime based on business need
Customer Service Representative
- Must be at least 18 years of age OR older
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications.
- Ability to work any: Monday to Friday 2:30pm – 11pm with rotating weekends.
- Ability to work from home on rotating weekends.
- Position primarily onsite with some work from home weekends. Must be available to work primarily onsite at 31 Beaver Street in Cooperstown, NY.
