I recently graduated with an MBA in Aviation. I'm currently working in the aerospace industry. I was so sure I would get promoted or get a raise on my current job, but so far all I've gotten is ignored. I am an African American female. There has been four other Caucasian males that have been promoted with raises. I've been on this job for 10 years, and called in only once. I receive above average on all my reviews. I think it's personal.
