Was let go
I was interviewed n started working as a dishwasher it was my second job but needed the income do to divorce and anyway I work go to work on time and even ask to get more hours on days off I could come in if needed and after two weeks they ask me to make a call to do back ground check on there phone system and push this number and after answer questions put in code and I do and two days later they take me off the schedule and when I call to ask when I come in they say didnt you get a call from corporate? I put on the application that I had a back ground n what it was n it was 14 yrs old n they said they just didnt need me. So messed up
That is messed up! Wow! Forgiveness is given to US by God as grownups, so as a minor, forgiveness should totally be extended to you! Have it expunged! There are free programs that can assist you! Google them. A true lesson learned ( take care of biz early!; people need God in their lives in order to learn forgiveness, the world is full of people whom dont think!).
I completely understand. I was up front with my interviewer over my background. Nothing had changed since last time it was checked and i was employed entire time till i got opportunity to educate myself for higher position & pay. Classes was 8 weeks and in the sixth week i was told that i would not be able to finish this course nor be employed by the company. Now I left my job to go to class and then work for this new company with new certification. Nothing changed for me but WV laws got tougher in the field im in and still till this day i cant seem to find any1 to give me a chance. All this crap in my background was 2014. I love what i do i dont have a felony nor convicted of a felony. Im training next couple days with new company but once that backgroud comes in bam. Im gone. I couldn't even get it exsponged. I offered new employor my background check i had done in march 2018 by same company they use and nope . what am i to do. I want to work ive always maintained a job. Never miss and yes i made mistakes and pay for them i have and forever will.
