I advise them in that in ups and downs, a lot of experience are gained I'm season and out of season. Examples are interpersonal skills from free communication. Also they can learn to be independent than depending on others. Making serious decisions is another advice where by I would not wait for my boss ti decide for me but quickly look at the right decision. Hence a good decision maker. Relating with different categories of personnel is another advice where by from such I gained the communication skill hence public relations. From the above therefore one is advice not to fear or worry where to begin from because I learnt that experience is the best teacher. And had to move on.
