The toughest part about landing a job right now is...

My age(56) and I'm a small business owner. No one seems interested becuse they know when travel begins again I'll go back to self employment

Tell them you are not sure about the future of your the travel business and that you will be considerate of their needs and give them a longer notice before leaving, maybe 4 weeks instead of 2. I did this several years ago and it went well as I had time to help find and train my replacement. I do think it is harder to find jobs for older workers though.

Lie, tell them you have no intentions of going back into travel.

What about something temporary? You don't necessarily need to disclose what your future plans are and no one really has any way of knowing how long this will last.
