Drama at #C3
I was hired to work for this company with the express understanding of my scheduling needs. I was informed in two interviews that this would not be a problem and the company was very willing to work with all scheduling needs. Upon completing classroom training, which did not meet my scheduling needs either, I was handed a schedule that was completely outside my availability. I took this up the chain of command and was told at every turn, "we are here to work with you and your needs." After finally going all the way to the site director, the highest level of management on site, I was told by her that I could "twist in the wind." Very unprofessional and recruitment is making promises in order to get people in the door with no follow through.
