You will need to contact this location directly at (919) 708-5227 to check the status of your background check. Keep in mind that BG checks take time based on the following reasons:

• The company Kelly Services is contracted with to perform the BG checks.
• The time length of the checks (7 or 10+ year checks).
• The more address changes you've had, the longer the BG checks take
• Understanding that others are also awaiting BG checks too, it's a process that takes time.

Patience is important, but persistence is key so call them to follow up on the status. Understand the weekends don't count either so it's definitely a delay. Good luck!

I would call them to check the status. Kelly Services won't see this post. From experience, most temp agencies expect you to call them to see if they have jobs and let them know you're still available. Temp agencies are not what they used to be when I used them years ago. You have to stay on top of them to get an assignment for the most part.
